Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets and monitoring outlet performance.
- Ensuring product availability and efficient inventory management.
- Leading, training, and motivating the outlet team.
- Delivering excellent customer service and handling customer complaints.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, audits, and regulations.
- Preparing reports and analyzing operational data for improvements.
- Maintaining store standards, product display, and cleanliness.
- Supervising checkout operations and cash handling.
- Controlling operational costs and minimizing wastage.
- Ensuring FIFO, GRN verification, stock accuracy, and inventory audits.
- Managing staff rosters, attendance, and team compliance.
- Ensuring food safety, health standards, and legal compliance.
