Position: Branch Manager (BM) – Branch Banking, Retail & SME Banking
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Based on organizational requirements)
Job Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all branch operations, business growth, customer service, profitability, and team performance.
• Achieve branch business targets across deposits, loans, fee-based income, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Improve branch profitability through portfolio management, customer acquisition, retention, cross-selling, and effective cost management.
• Lead and supervise the Sales & Service Manager, Operations Manager, Relationship Managers, and other branch employees.
• Expand the branch customer base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of Retail and SME loan applications in accordance with bank policies and risk guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal policies, audit standards, and operational risk management practices.
• Foster a high-performance work culture through employee development, motivation, coaching, and performance management.
Educational Qualification
• Minimum Graduation from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
• AVP to SAVP level candidates.
• 7–12+ years of relevant banking experience.
Required Competencies
• Strong business acumen with an established professional network.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and onboard quality customers.
