Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities, programs, and admission processes.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
- Support students throughout the admission and application process.
- Maintain student records and update follow-up information.
- Achieve individual and team targets through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, student events, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation, convincing, and counselling abilities.
- Good command of English and Bengali.
- Customer/student-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work with targets and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in education counselling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
