Position: Intern – Call Center

Salary:
• BDT 5,000/month
Work Schedule:
• Saturday – Thursday
• 6 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Communicate with customers over the phone and provide relevant information.
• Respond to customer queries and assist with basic concerns.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure proper customer support.
Requirements:
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Confident and professional phone manner.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different types of customers.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
