Position: Intern – Customer Care

Work Schedule:
• Saturday – Thursday
• 6 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
• Communicate with customers through phone, messages, and other channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain and update customer information and service records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Help maintain a positive customer experience.
