Position: Executive, Quality Assurance
Job Location: Pabna Plant
Employment Type: Full-time
Educational Qualification:
• M. Pharm / B. Pharm from a reputed university.
Experience:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
Key Responsibilities:
Production:
• Monitor manufacturing processes according to production plans, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Prepare Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and other required documents.
• Supervise and train operators, helpers, and production workers.
• Monitor daily, monthly, and yearly productivity.
Quality Assurance:
• Monitor raw material dispensing and manufacturing and packaging processes in compliance with GMP.
• Perform in-process control (IPC), BMR/BPR checking, change control, and batch release activities.
• Prepare and control SOPs and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
• Manage batch documents, retention samples, and investigations into quality incidents.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and employee training programs.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and in a shift-based environment.
