Position: Executive, E-Commerce & Corporate Events
Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–2 years in E-Commerce Operations preferred (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Education: BBA or equivalent
Salary: Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations:
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, order processing, inventory, and customer service
- Monitor riders and delivery personnel to ensure timely delivery and service quality
- Track online sales performance, customer feedback, and key performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams
Corporate Events & Business Development:
- Identify corporate orders, events, campaigns, and business opportunities
- Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, client meetings, and business gatherings
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and online promotions
Requirements:
- BBA or equivalent degree
- 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
