Position: Trainee Territory Manager (Food & Beverage Business)
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in any discipline.
Experience:
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• 6 months of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare area-wise sales targets, field force incentives, expense plans, and tour programs.
• Develop territory-wise sales plans and achieve monthly secondary sales targets.
• Monitor Sales Representatives (SRs) and evaluate field force performance.
• Manage distributors and ensure product availability across assigned territories.
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
• Plan, organize, and monitor sales activities to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and operational plans.
• Coordinate product launches and promotional activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Collect market feedback and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
• Motivate and train team members to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure effective demand forecasting, inventory management, and credit management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in any discipline.
• Strong sales planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to monitor sales performance and achieve targets.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience will be an added advantage.
