Position: Executive – Sales Operation
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG manufacturing, multinational companies, cosmetics, or personal care.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree / Honors in any discipline.
Age Limit: 24–32 years
Gender: Male
Salary: BDT 35,000–46,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper execution of sales processes, SOPs, and trade policies across regions.
• Monitor distributor operations, stock norms, claims, invoicing, and documentation.
• Track and analyze sales performance reports, including primary and secondary sales and SFA/DMS data.
• Coordinate claim validation and settlement and verify field force expense bills with the Finance team.
• Ensure accurate communication and implementation of sales schemes in the field.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team for dispatch planning.
• Prepare business MIS reports and dashboards to support sales operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree / Honors.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG manufacturing, multinational companies, cosmetics, or personal care.
• Must be between 24 and 32 years of age.
