Position: Trainee Officer (Cash / General Banking / Others)

Educational Qualification:
• Graduation or post-graduation from a UGC-approved public or private university.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 at graduate and post-graduate levels.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC, HSC, and equivalent examinations.
Experience:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of banking experience will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
Salary & Benefits:
• BDT 30,000 per month during the one-year probation period.
• BDT 40,000 per month after confirmation as Officer Grade-1, subject to successful completion of probation and satisfactory performance.
• Other benefits as per bank policy.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash / General Banking:
• Handle cash receipts, payments, and general banking transactions.
• Process cheques, clearing instruments, fund transfers, and pay orders.
• Manage account opening procedures while ensuring KYC and AML/CFT compliance.
• Support deposit mobilization, cross-selling, and assigned business targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
Corporate Head Office:
• Maintain departmental files, records, correspondence, and documentation.
• Coordinate with branches and other departments for information and follow-up.
• Support compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and audit queries.
Requirements:
• Good command of written and spoken Bangla and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to integrity.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity and support creativity is preferred.
• Willingness to work at any branch or division across Bangladesh.
