Position: Customer Experience Agent
Job Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka
Employment Type: CTE (Temporary)
Workplace: Work at Office
Salary: BDT 17,000 per month
Experience:
• 1–2 years of call center experience preferred.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Flexibility for experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn and adapt to Daraz’s systems and processes.
• Handle customer queries and complaints while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Monitor call quality and productivity KPIs in compliance with company policies.
• Identify service gaps and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including being calm, empathetic, and persuasive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
