Position: Executive – Warehouse
Job Location: Tongi / Rupganj Plant
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and warehouse operations.
• Ensure the receiving and issuing of raw materials and packing materials, as well as dispatching finished goods, with proper documentation following FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles.
• Ensure all materials and finished goods are kept in specified conditions with appropriate labeling.
• Ensure effective utilization of available manpower and warehouse resources.
• Maintain warehouse standards and practices according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Prepare and review warehouse-related documents in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Handle QMS (Quality Management System).
Educational Qualification:
• A degree from a Science or Business Studies background with very good reading and writing ability in English.
Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position at a reputed pharmaceutical company will be an added advantage.
