Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers and business sellers.
- Promote Bikroy’s paid services and advertising solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain sales records, update CRM, and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
