Position: Customer Services Officer, Branch/Sub-Branch (JO & Above)

Experience: Minimum 3 years
Educational Requirements:
* Graduation/Post-Graduation from any reputed university.
* No Third Division/Class in any academic examination.
Experience Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in reputed banks.
* At least 2 years of experience in General Banking/Customer Services.
* Experience working in a centralized process and real-time online banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure efficient customer service through smooth execution of day-to-day banking operations while maintaining documentation compliance.
* Achieve monthly and yearly deposit targets while ensuring AML, CFT, and regulatory compliance.
* Cross-sell banking products and services to existing customers.
* Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints.
* Manage banking operations involving BACH, BEFTN, RTGS, and other electronic payment systems.
* Process account opening, closing, and transfer procedures.
* Manage cheque book requisitions, delivery, and cheque clearing services.
* Guide customers on digital banking, internet banking, mobile applications, cards, and alternative delivery channels.
* Provide internet/online banking facilities, including remittance services.
* Handle KYC, TP, CTR, and card-related services.
* Process Payment Orders, Demand Drafts, fund transfers, and internet banking account openings.
* Manage stop cheque requests, hold funds, no-debit instructions, account blocks, hold mail, and standing instructions.
