Core Responsibilities
Market Outreach & Campaign Management
- Prepare annual outreach strategy
- Develop monthly and quarterly outreach plans
- Design marketing campaigns and outreach programs
- Ensure execution of outdoor activities and campaigns
- Support new business projects with outreach initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and outcomes
- Track brand awareness metrics
- Manage outreach program budgets
Customer Experience Management
- Design customer feedback collection systems
- Create templates and feedback channels
- Monitor complaint handling and customer service quality
- Identify customer satisfaction indicators
- Build communication channels with customers and stakeholders
- Analyze customer feedback for business improvement
- Escalate grievances to the right internal teams
- Improve customer experience processes using people, process, and technology
Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop talent within the business
- Lead recruitment, training, and team development
- Mentor team members for higher roles
- Promote continuous improvement culture
- Manage team grievances and counseling
- Monitor attendance and leave
- Balance team workload
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer issue resolution
