Position: Intern – Customer Service
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and product-related information
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, social media, or other communication channels
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns
- Maintain and update customer information and service records
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Support day-to-day customer service operations
