Job Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales targets, forecasts, and market insights with sales teams
- Identify market gaps and explore new business development opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and customers
- Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and promotional activities
- Monitor records and submit reports on farm trial activities and sales performance
- Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure timely product delivery
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing will also be considered
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Aqua Feed Sales
- Experience in dealer management and field sales operations preferred
