Position: Trainee Territory Manager (Food & Beverage Business)
Job Location:
• Anywhere in Bangladesh
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s (Honors) degree in any discipline.
Experience:
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• 6 months of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Age Limit:
• Maximum 32 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare area-wise sales targets and territory-wise sales plans.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly secondary sales targets.
• Manage distributors and ensure product availability.
• Monitor Sales Representatives (SRs) and evaluate field force performance.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports.
• Plan and monitor sales activities to achieve business objectives.
• Implement product launches and promotional activities.
• Collect market feedback and identify opportunities for market improvement.
• Motivate and train team members.
• Develop sales forecasts and manage inventory.
• Ensure effective credit management.
