Position: Executive, Ground Operations
Department: Ground Operations
Job Location: Dhaka, Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Saidpur, and Sylhet
Employment Type: Permanent
Experience: 0–2 years (Ground Operations / Customer Service experience preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (Relaxable for deserving candidates)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform passenger check-in, verify tickets, issue boarding passes, and prepare baggage tags
- Prepare and verify trim sheets to ensure accurate passenger and baggage counts
- Make public announcements and assist passengers during boarding
- Check boarding passes and guide passengers from boarding gates to the apron area
- Supervise passenger and baggage embarkation and disembarkation
- Monitor incoming baggage and ensure accurate handover to passengers
- Maintain departure and arrival flight documentation
- Handle lost or mishandled baggage and complete Property Irregularity Reports (PIRs)
- Coordinate with the shift in-charge and perform assigned operational duties
Requirements:
- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 in Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC
- Third-division or equivalent results in any examination are not accepted
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Bengali and English
- Good computer skills and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work under pressure and handle responsibilities effectively
Additional Requirements:
- Height: Minimum 5’6″ for males and 5’3″ for females
- Weight proportionate to height (BMI: 18–25)
- Eyesight: 6/6; color blindness is not accepted
- Spectacles are not accepted; LASIK may be considered for highly deserving candidates
- Must be physically and medically fit
- No visible tattoos or marks on exposed body parts
- Maximum age: 28 years, relaxable for deserving candidates
