Position: Trainee Officer, Cards Sales

Salary:
• BDT 31,000 per month
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Experience:
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Relevant experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential customers for credit card sales.
• Explain card features and benefits and assist customers with applications.
• Coordinate card approval and delivery processes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure proper card activation and promote supplementary card usage.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
• Ensure fraud-free customer onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Outgoing and persuasive personality.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in online platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Passion for building a career in banking and sales.
