Position Overview
The Executive – Procurement (Raw Materials) role focuses on ensuring smooth procurement operations by managing vendors, processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining compliance.
This position is ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in procurement and supply chain management.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- MBA/Master’s in Finance from a reputed university
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Age below 30 years
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Procurement team, you will:
- Manage vendors and conduct negotiations
- Process purchase orders within required timelines
- Handle PI, LC, and procurement-related documentation
- Follow up on shipments and shipping documents
- Coordinate inventory tracking with store teams
- Ensure procurement compliance and process efficiency
