Position: Area Sales Officer / Executive
Brands: Lotto (Italy) & Lee Cooper (London)
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and maintain assigned retail outlets to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure sales growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage, motivate, and monitor sales staff performance.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and brand compliance across outlets.
• Handle operational issues and maintain discipline around retail outlets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and submit performance and market reports.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose new outlet locations.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operational issues and improvements.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or sales supervision.
• Candidates with retail operations experience will be given preference.
• Experience in branded retail outlets will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
• Age: At least 18 years.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and reporting).
• Motorcycle driving is mandatory.
