Position: Sales Manager

 Work Location: Any district in Bangladesh

 Eligibility:

Minimum age: 40 years

Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent degree (Marketing preferred)

Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing of cosmetics and toiletries products.

 Required Skills:

 Sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation.

 Market research and analysis.

 Strong leadership and communication skills.

 Ability to perform in a competitive market environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise sales and marketing operations in the assigned region

Achieve sales targets and business objectives

Collect and analyse market intelligence

Monitor competitors and develop effective action plans

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Perform other duties assigned by management
