Position: Executive, Store

Job Location:
• Factory Premises, Narayanganj
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBS, or any discipline.
• Accounting major will be preferred.
• Diploma/Certification in Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in store keeping or warehouse management preferred.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and record raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation following FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Maintain stock records through manual and ERP/software systems.
• Monitor minimum stock/reorder levels and coordinate with Procurement.
• Prepare stock, GRN, and stock movement reports.
• Handle damaged, obsolete, or expired materials.
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain store ledgers, stock valuation, and inventory costing.
• Reconcile physical stock with accounts/financial records.
• Verify GRN, challan, and purchase invoices with Accounts.
• Maintain material issue/consumption records.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Knowledge of production processes and team building.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical, proactive, positive, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
