Pathao is looking for a results-driven individual for our team. The role requires someone skilled in data analysis, performance reporting, dashboarding, and strategic insight generation to drive business growth and operational excellence
Responsibilities:
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for the Food business.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and prepare dashboards or summaries.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify trends or improvement areas.
• Assist in maintaining key business trackers and performance databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, etc.) to provide data support for projects.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare data presentations for management reviews.
• Clean, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Visualize findings using charts, graphs, and dashboards for easier interpretation.
• Support automation of recurring reports and documentation of processes.
• Research and summarize market or competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Analytics from a reputed University.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Basic understanding of data visualization and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and the food delivery industry.
