Position: Trainee Area Sales Officer
Location:
• Anywhere in Bangladesh
Educational Qualification:
• Masters / MBA
Experience:
• 0–2 years of experience in Sales (FMCG background preferred).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze target vs. sales performance regularly.
• Handle sales objections professionally.
• Build and maintain strong distribution networks.
• Develop relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
