Educational Qualification:
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Engineering and Technology
Experience:
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations according to schedule and ensure efficiency and quality.
• Manage smooth plant operations while minimizing changeovers and material wastage.
• Ensure all machines operate in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain production records and report key production metrics.
• Evaluate performance and provide necessary training for operators and production workers.
• Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and sanitation in the production unit according to standards.
