Position: Trainee Officer (Cash/General Banking/Others)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
Salary & Benefits:
• BDT 30,000 per month during the one-year probation period.
• BDT 40,000 per month after confirmation as Officer Grade-1, subject to satisfactory performance.
• Other benefits as per bank policy.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduation or Post-graduation from a UGC-approved public or private university.
• Minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 at graduate and postgraduate levels.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC, HSC, and equivalent examinations.
Experience:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of banking experience will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
• Good command of written and spoken Bangla and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and creativity is preferred.
• Strong integrity, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work at any branch or division across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash/General Banking:
• Handle cash receipts and payments.
• Process cheques, clearing instruments, fund transfers, pay orders, and other banking transactions.
• Support account opening while ensuring KYC and AML/CFT compliance.
• Assist with deposit mobilization, cross-selling, and business targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
Corporate Head Office:
• Maintain files, records, correspondence, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with branches and other departments for information and follow-ups.
• Support compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and audit queries.
Career Opportunity:

• Successful candidates may be confirmed as Officer Grade-1 based on satisfactory performance.
