Position: Warehouse In-Charge/Manager

Educational Qualification:
• Master of Commerce (MCom)
• Certifications in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or SAP will be considered an advantage.
Experience:
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Tiles/Ceramic, Cement Industry, or Inventory/Warehouse is required.
Requirements:
• Strong working knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) Module.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and people development skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage operational deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, dispatch, and documentation.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor warehouse movements through SAP system transactions.
• Maintain proper stock records and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Lead warehouse staff and develop a high-performance work culture.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, space utilization, and warehouse security.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.
