Experience: 5–10 years in Finishing Section
Education: HSC/Diploma/Bachelor in any discipline or equivalent technical qualification

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure manpower allocation, production targets, WIP and daily production.
• Ensure first-piece/style approval before bulk production.
• Ensure washing standards and buyer requirements.
• Implement SOP, compliance standards and buyer requirements.
• Follow up on ERP activities.
• Ensure AQL, buyer requirements and on-time shipment.
💼 Preferred Experience:
Strong hands-on experience in RMG Finishing–Denim Wash. Experience with Levi’s Kontoor, Asmara, Haddad or Malacca buyers will be preferred.
