Educational Qualification:
• Post Graduation from any reputed university.
• No Third Division/Class.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Retail Business, Credit Card Monitoring, Recovery, Hard Core & Agent Management with a reputed private commercial bank.
• Experience requirements by grade:
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Experience in Credit Card Monitoring & Recovery, Front End, Mid-Range, and Agent Management.
• Sound knowledge of modern Retail Banking practices and strategic frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Retail Information Systems.
• Age must not exceed 45 years as of 1 October 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Manager – Credit Card Monitoring & Recovery:
• Monitor the overall performance and quality of the Credit Card portfolio.
• Develop and implement Credit Card monitoring and recovery strategies.
• Track overdue, delinquent, and classified Cards.
• Analyze portfolio trends and identify early warning indicators.
• Coordinate with branches, Collection, Legal, Credit, and other relevant teams.
• Monitor recovery performance and prepare management reports.
• Ensure recovery activities comply with approved policies and applicable regulations.
