Position: Territory Sales Officer
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Employment Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable
Age: Maximum 32 years
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor/Honors degree.
Experience:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.
Requirements:
• Excellent proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Motorcycle driving skill is required.
• Highly motivated to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with sales teams, retailers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve total value and volume sales targets.
• Ensure optimum product distribution and visibility.
• Manage primary sales orders and verify secondary sales.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and analyze performance.
• Monitor distributor stock and investment.
• Ensure timely payments from distributors to the company.
• Ensure numeric distribution and identify new outlets.
• Add and maintain new outlets through Sales Process Automation (SPA).
• Train Sales Officers and Senior Sales Officers on daily activities.
• Communicate promotional schemes to subordinates, retailers, and distributors.
• Ensure team coordination and resolve issues between the sales team and distributors.
