Position: Territory In-Charge – Aqua
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve aqua feed sales targets and collect dealer reports.
• Share daily sales updates, forecasts, and market insights.
• Develop and maintain dealer relationships.
• Identify market gaps and growth opportunities.
• Ensure strong farmer/dealer engagement and after-sales support.
• Handle customer feedback on feed performance.
• Provide regular market feedback to supervisors.
• Submit monthly feed performance reports to Head Office.
• Conduct seminars, retailer meetings, SGM (Small Group Meeting), and promotional activities.
• Record and report farm trial activities.
• Coordinate with logistics and depot teams for timely delivery.
Required Qualifications:
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Fisheries/Aquaculture.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Aqua Feed Sales.
• Experience in Sales & Marketing, Aqua Feed/Techno Sales-Aqua Feed/Aqua Feed Manufacturing industries.
• Willingness to undertake extensive field visits and direct interactions with farmers and dealers.
• Comfortable with travel and outdoor work in rural/agricultural settings.
