Position: Cabin Crew

Salary:
• Up to BDT 70,000/month, including flying and layover allowances
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum HSC or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC.
• No third division or equivalent result in any examination.
• Diploma holders: Minimum CGPA 2.80 out of 4.00.
• O Level/A Level candidates can also apply as per the specified requirements.
Age:
• Fresher: 18–27 years
• Experienced: Maximum 35 years
Physical Requirements:
• Male height: Minimum 168 cm
• Female height: Minimum 161 cm
• Arm reach: 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
• BMI: 18–25
• Eyesight: 6/6; vision correction up to 6/6 acceptable
• Candidates with color blindness will not be considered.
Additional Requirements:
• Fluent in Bengali and English.
• Swimming skills preferred.
• Good physical health and medical fitness.
• Positive and professional personality.
• No visible tattoos or marks on the body.
• Must be willing to reside around Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) after joining.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend pre-flight briefings.
• Welcome and assist passengers onboard.
• Check emergency equipment and safety procedures.
• Ensure passenger safety and proper storage of hand luggage.
• Provide inflight customer service.
• Handle passenger requirements and complaints.
• Administer first aid when required.
• Support passengers during emergency situations.
• Ensure a smooth and comfortable inflight experience.
