Position: Head of Central MIS (SAVP-FVP)

Educational Qualification:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed university.
• Professional certifications or training in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, PMP, CISA, DAIBB, or equivalent will be preferred.
Experience:
• At least 12 years of working experience in the banking sector.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Financial or Regulatory Reporting, or a related function.
• Experience in a managerial or team-leading position in a scheduled bank is mandatory.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with core banking systems, data warehouses, reporting tools, and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Strong understanding of data quality, integrity, consistency, and security.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain the bank’s Management Information System (MIS).
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports covering deposits, loans, profitability, branch performance, liquidity, and NPLs.
• Develop dashboards, performance scorecards, and analytical reports for the Board, Management Committee, and ALCO.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and security across MIS and reporting systems.
• Lead the development and maintenance of data warehouses, data marts, and reporting platforms in collaboration with the IT Department.
• Support the timely and accurate preparation of regulatory and statutory returns.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the MIS team.
