Position: Senior Executive, Finance (R2R)
Department: Finance (Record to Report)
Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment Type: Full-time
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• Partial qualification in CA/ACCA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is preferred.
Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in maintaining accounts and monthly General Ledger closing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries in SAP in accordance with IAS, IFRS, and Group Reporting policies.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end closing activities.
• Validate and post intercompany entries in SAP and reconcile balances monthly.
• Manage asset reporting and maintain the asset register.
• Perform Sub-ledger (SL) and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
• Support group, statutory, and internal audits.
• Standardize and automate financial reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with finance systems such as SAP or Oracle; SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
