Position: Senior Negotiator – Frozen Food & Freezer Infrastructure

Salary: BDT 50,000–80,000 per month
Educational Qualification:
• BBA in Marketing or Supply Chain Management.
• MBA.
Experience:
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in retail stores is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with frozen food suppliers, brands, and equipment vendors.
• Negotiate trade terms, listing fees, space rental, display allowances, volume rebates, and shared capital and operating costs.
• Develop and implement freezer placement strategies to ensure adequate cold-chain capacity.
• Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) covering freezer uptime, temperature compliance, and repairs.
• Monitor vendor performance through scorecards and periodic freezer audits.
• Evaluate return on investment (ROI) and sales growth from additional freezer space.
Requirements:
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Knowledge of retail and category management, frozen food, supply chain, and procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
