Position: Executive – Reservation & Ticketing

Age: 22 to 28 years
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in Graduation.
• Minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in H.S.C & S.S.C.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the highest standard of customer service.
• Respond to customer queries with accurate product information.
• Make reservations and issue tickets according to customer requirements.
• Provide after-sales service for date changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Conduct follow-up calls to collect customer feedback and encourage repeat business.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize seat sales and manage booking class control.
• Coordinate with Airport teams and Sales offices to resolve booking issues, special service requests, and group bookings.
• Manage reservation operations during flight cancellations and schedule changes, including proper communication and re-accommodation support.

• Good command of advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
