Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience:
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workshop material procurement/purchasing is required.
• Experience in Automobile, Furniture Manufacturing, Bicycle, Motor Workshop, Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing, FMCG, Packaged Food/Beverage, or Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances sectors will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source vehicle-related spare parts and materials according to workshop requirements.
• Identify reliable local suppliers and develop alternative supplier sources.
• Collect quotations, evaluate offers, and compare prices for competitive procurement.
• Prepare Comparative Statements (CS) and other reports as assigned.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Arrange purchase orders, check bills, and process payments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Visit local markets on an emergency basis to arrange vehicle-related items.
• Handle urgent procurement requirements and management assignments.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain proper documentation.
