Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Preferred disciplines: EEE, IPE, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior extracurricular activity (ECA) experience is highly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and control shift operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Manage planned downtime and ensure smooth machine run ability to achieve production targets.
• Ensure product quality by following agreed processes and safeguarding product integrity.
• Coordinate and support maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Drive process reliability and manage planned and unplanned downtime.
• Provide timely feedback on machine performance to IWS and Technical teams.
Requirements:
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Flexibility to handle challenging tasks and meet deadlines.
