Position: Trainee Assistant Manager – Branch Banking
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Employment Status: Full-time
Salary: BDT 50,000/month
Age: At least 22 years
Educational Qualification:
• 4-year Bachelor’s/Honors degree from a reputed university.
Experience:
• No prior job experience is required.
• Candidates with a strong academic background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a sustainable retail business portfolio for the Bank.
• Identify target markets and acquire new business.
• Develop the retail portfolio covering Personal Loans, Home Loans, Current & Savings Accounts, Term Deposits, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and other products.
• Maintain quality assets and liabilities through disciplined portfolio management.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients.
• Provide suitable financial solutions based on clients’ needs.
Career Progression & Compensation:
• Join as Senior Officer with a 6-month learning attachment.
• Gross salary during learning attachment: BDT 50,000/month.
• After successful completion of the learning attachment, gross salary will increase to BDT 65,000/month.
• Designation will be upgraded to Assistant Relationship Manager.
