Position: Field Sales Executive
Job Location:

Employment Type:

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in Territory Management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure volume and revenue targets by effectively managing the assigned team.
• Monitor performance gaps and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Address customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular visits to non-partnered outlets to drive engagement and conversion.
• Manage market assets such as coolers, glassware, shelving, signage, and activation materials.
• Monitor asset efficiency and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Improve market execution in line with CCI’s commercial and marketing strategies.
• Monitor the penetration of top-performing SKUs across assigned markets.
• Execute planned daily market visits and spend significant time in the field.
• Coach and support presellers to improve their performance.
• Support onboarding, on-the-job training, and other capability-building initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to support team development.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
