Position: Relationship Officer (AO–Officer) – Branch Banking

Educational Qualification:
• MBA/MBM/Master’s/Four-year Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, from a UGC-approved university.
• Minimum 16 years of schooling.
• No 3rd class in academic records.
Experience:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Relationship Officer or in a relevant role within a commercial bank/financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new retail and SME clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and SME clients.
• Achieve loan and deposit targets through cross-selling and up-selling banking products and services.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients.
• Address and resolve client concerns to ensure quality service.
• Perform financial analysis, assess creditworthiness, and prepare credit proposals.
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and review credit proposals, call reports, MIS, and client documentation.
• Ensure smooth banking operations, including account services, fund transfers, e-GP, and other services.
• Maintain compliance with AML/KYC standards.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Compliance, Audit, and external stakeholders.
• Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.
