Position: Senior Maintenance Officer
Department: Supply Chain, Manufacturing
Job Location: Chattogram, Bangladesh

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in HVAC systems (Utility).
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement maintenance programs for engineering assets and utilities.
• Operate, maintain, and monitor generators, HVAC systems, industrial chillers, and water treatment plants.
• Maintain air compressors, air dryers, vacuum systems, stability chambers, cargo lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Coordinate engineering projects, contractors, AMCs, and ARCs.
• Prepare BOQs and coordinate vendor selection, design approval, and installation.
• Manage engineering CAPAs and maintenance SOPs.
• Monitor electricity and water consumption to optimize energy efficiency.
• Ensure proper asset management to reduce costs, increase productivity, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure calibration of measuring equipment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, legal, and quality requirements.
