Position: Manager, EHS

Job Location: FMCG Factory, Bhabanipur, Gazipur
Experience: At least 10 years
Education: BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement EHS strategies and management systems
* Ensure regulatory, environmental, occupational health and safety compliance
* Lead risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and preventive measures
* Oversee environmental management, sustainability, waste management, and pollution prevention
* Ensure EHS standards across manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations
* Manage emergency preparedness, fire safety, and business continuity activities
* Lead ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 implementation and certification audits
* Develop EHS training, awareness, KPI monitoring, and reporting programs
* Lead and develop factory-based EHS teams
* Integrate AI, IoT, smart sensors, computer vision, and digital tools into EHS management
Requirements:
* Practical knowledge of firefighting, safety, internal audit, and safety audit
* NEBOSH (IGC) / Behavioral Based Safety
* ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong risk perception and ability to work under stress
* Ability to lead change and promote a digital-first safety culture
