Position: Marketing & Merchandising Executive
Department/Category: VF Brand – Knit Garments
Job Location: Factory at Bhaluka, Mymensingh
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and follow up on knit garments as per VF brand requirements.
• Liaise with VF buyers for daily merchandising activities, comments, and approvals.
• Manage fabric, accessories, consumption, costing, and booking.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical, Production, and Quality teams for timely order execution.
• Follow up on sampling, production, quality, and shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure all products meet approved specifications, quality standards, and buyer requirements.
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising for VF brands.
• Maximum age 32 years.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
