Position: Digital Media Buying Executive

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop full-funnel digital media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
* Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Programmatic, and other digital platforms.
* Translate briefs into audience-centric media plans covering awareness, consideration, and conversion.
* Analyze performance data including CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR to provide actionable insights.
* Manage budgets, pacing, and media phasing to maximize efficiency and ROI.
* Collaborate closely with clients, creative, and analytics teams.
* Prepare media plans, reports, dashboards, and post-campaign learnings.
* Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems.
* Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
* Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance analysis.
* Clear communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in an agency or brand-side environment is a plus.
